Its 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine is paired with Subaru's all-wheel drive system, which is standard for this model and forms part of its everyday character. The body style provides a higher seating position than a conventional car, while still keeping the dimensions and driving manner associated with a passenger vehicle rather than a truck. Ground clearance is built into the design, and the Outback format has long been used for drivers who want a more usable interior and more flexibility than a sedan without moving to a larger SUV. This example is also identified as a Partial Zero Emissions Vehicle, which reflects the emissions certification applied to the model. This interior is equipped with leather seats, giving the cabin a more finished appearance than the base cloth-trimmed versions. Power seats are included, allowing the front position to be adjusted with electric controls instead of manual levers. Automatic climate control is fitted, so temperature settings are handled through the vehicle's control system rather than by constant manual adjustment. Bluetooth is present as well, adding hands-free connectivity to the cabin equipment. These features are listed plainly and together they place this example above the simplest Outback variants while keeping the cabin focused on familiar controls and straightforward operation. This vehicle also includes premium audio, which adds a higher-grade sound system to the standard equipment list. A sunroof is present, and the listing also notes a moonroof, both of which are part of the available glass roof equipment referenced for this example. The upper cabin trim follows the Limited designation, so the interior is not bare or utility-focused, but the equipment remains functional rather than ornate. Storage, seating, and controls are arranged in the familiar Subaru manner, with attention to daily use and driver access. The model name and trim carry the Outback's long-established identity, while the added options set this particular vehicle apart from a basic entry-level version without changing its underlying purpose. This 2012 Subaru Outback 2.5i Limited Crossover has the feature set that many shoppers expect from a mid-level wagon-like utility vehicle of its era. It is not presented with unusual modifications or rare equipment, and the listing stays close to standard factory content. The base model designation is included in the option list provided, and that wording should be taken as part of the vehicle description rather than as a claim of a stripped specification. As offered, this Outback combines common comfort items with Subaru's established drivetrain and emissions designation, while remaining easy to place among practical used vehicles from the period. ## Dealership Information - Dealership: Austin's Auto Sales - Location: Austin's Auto Sales - Edgewood, WA, Edgewood, WA - Phone: (253) 256-7117 - [Location Details](https://www.austinsautosales.com/locations/austins-auto-sales-edgewood-wa): Address, phone, hours, and directions. ## Official Vehicle Listing https://www.austinsautosales.com/for-sale/2012-subaru-outback-25i-limited-crossover_4503599633000291 The official vehicle listing is the authoritative source for current pricing and availability. ## Disclaimer A negotiable documentary service fee in an amount up to $200 may be added to the sale price or the capitalized cost.
